We provide an online platform for users to book and pay for rental spaces. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us. Our engine is designed for seamless, metrics-driven reservation management.
Account
Creation.
To streamline your experience, we implement an automated onboarding protocol for all first-time transactions:

Automated Provisioning
An account is automatically created upon your first successful transaction using the provided email.

Operational Visibility
Access your Booking History and manage Refund Requests via your centralized dashboard.

Security Mandate
You are responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your access details.

Data Accuracy
You agree to provide current and accurate identifiers (Name, Email, Phone) during checkout.
Payments &
Transactions.
All financial interactions are handled with industrial precision and security:
Full Remittance
All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your operational window.
PCI Compliance
We utilize Stripe for all transactions. We do not see or store credit card details.
Confirmation Status
A booking is considered 'Confirmed' only upon successful engine verification of payment.
Cancellation
Policy.
Fairness to both operators and space management is a core principle. Our refund tiers are non-negotiable.
Processing Fee
Refunds are subject to administrative or bank processing fees, deducted from the total remittance.

Rules of
Use.
Maintain the integrity of the environment for the next operator:
Stated Purpose
Use the facilities exclusively for the purpose declared during booking.
Prompt Vacancy
Vacate the premises immediately at the conclusion of your booked window.
Asset Integrity
No damage to property or equipment. Full financial liability is assumed by the user.
Regulation Adherence
Strict compliance with noise and capacity limits is mandatory.
Limitation of
Liability.
We are not liable for any personal injury or loss of assets occurring within the space. Facilities are utilized purely at the user's own risk.
Privacy
Protocol.
Use of this engine is governed by our Privacy Policy. Data collection is minimized to only what is necessary for service delivery and audit.
Governing
Law.
This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Exclusive jurisdiction remains with the Singapore courts.
